Take 5 Vending
Challenge:
The client wanted an updated and refreshing feel for the company in order to appeal to the present-day consumer.
Solution:
Based on the results of the analysis, it was clear Take 5 Vending relied solely on cold calls and personal connections for sales and leads. I teamed up with VendCentral, a specialized vending website coder, to create a website that was compatible with mobile which was key to being found by clients searching for break room solutions. I facilitated photo shoots to capture shots that could be used across various mediums, giving the company a more personable feel. A business email was made for the company to streamline the sales funnel along with external communication. Through that email and the creation of a Venmo account, the company was able to give instant refunds to customers who ran into problems at the machines. I created a logo with a more modern feel that emphasized the longevity and services of the company. Both Google Business and Facebook profiles were made to increase online credibility, improve SEO, and create visibility for the new website.
Results:
Since the creation of the website, Take 5 Vending has received over 80% of their leads from website inquiries. They acquired their biggest account yet because the client appreciated the user-friendly design of the website. The company increased positive interaction with consumers via email, Facebook, and Google. Within just two months the company received over 3,390 views on Google.
Bud Depot Customer Reviews
Challenge:
On social media, The Bud Depot wanted to highlight that their excellent customer service is what sets them apart from other dispensaries.
Solution:
After assessing Bud Depot's online presence, I found they had great reviews scattered across various channels. To be more credible, I created an Instagram campaign using words from the consumers themselves. I narrowed down reviews I could use legally and got permission from the appropriate parties. All posts were designed with Bud Depot brand in mind and the goal to instill customer trust. The campaign effectively drove traffic to Bud Depot's Instagram profile, where consumers can then link to the website.
O' Honey
Challenge:
Sharon White, owner of "O'Honey" and "Beecause Foods" requested assistance creating a brand from scratch that would communicate the bee crisis to consumers via food products. Her second request was to further promote these products with better package design.
Solution:
Our team created a logo drawing on inspiration from the environmentalist movements of the 1960’s and 70’s to showcase the brands goal of educating around the bee crisis. We created new packaging for products in the spreads category, including an on-the-go package, which targeted our ideal sustainable consumer. Merchandise was designed with the goal to raise brand awareness, leading the consumer to educate themself regarding the bee crisis.
